Inhale grace, exhale gratitude
Come join us at Copper Creek Stables in Litchfield, ME for a unique and nourishing women’s mindfulness group. This gathering is designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, and discover new ways of grounding through connection—with both your body and the gentle presence of horses. Each session begins with a warm welcome, an opportunity to socialize, and a light snack so you can ease into the experience feeling comfortable and supported.
From there, we move into a refreshing guided stretching session to awaken the body, release tension, and prepare ourselves for deeper connection. The movements are gentle yet strengthening, perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Stretching and meditation helps us center our breathing, align our posture, and feel present in our own skin—an ideal foundation for the mindful work that follows.
After stretching, the group will step into the calming atmosphere of the stables to meet the horses. With guidance, you’ll learn introductory groundwork techniques, building awareness of how to interact, communicate, and establish trust with these incredible animals. Horses are deeply intuitive and can mirror our energy, teaching us to be present, grounded, and open in ways that words often can’t.
This group is not only about learning skills, but also about creating space for healing and emotional connection. Being near horses has a natural calming effect, and combined with mindfulness practices, it can help release stress and invite clarity. Many participants describe the experience as relaxing, transformative, and deeply moving—a chance to reconnect with yourself while sharing the journey with other supportive women.
Whether you are seeking community, personal growth, or simply a new and meaningful experience, this women’s mindfulness group offers it all. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and more in tune with both yourself and the world around you. We invite you to step into this circle of connection, movement, and healing at Copper Creek Stables—where horses, mindfulness, and friendship come together.
